– Do you have to leave the keys? Yes, it is mandatory to leave the car keys
– How far are the station and the historic center? The garage is located in front of the station, while the historic center is less than 400 meters away
– Is the garage inside the ZTL? No, the garage is located outside the ZTL
– Is it possible to request a taxi inside? Yes, it is possible to call a taxi and have it delivered inside.
– If I stay in one of the partner hotels, do I have to book parking? No, guests of partner hotels do not need any reservations.
– With the daily rate, can I come and go with the car as I please? No, the daily rate is applied if the car remains in the garage, if it is collected several times during the day the hourly rate will be applied.
– How can I reserve a seat? What if I stay longer? Reservations are made through our website, with advance payment. If the car should remain longer than expected the difference will be paid upon collection.
